We are seeking a school cleaner. A school cleaner is primarily responsible for daily cleaning routines of areas such as classrooms, offices, gym, restrooms, hallways, stairwell, doors and walls, while ensuring a safe and risk preventive environment. Position Responsibilities: Restrooms must be cleaned, monitored and replenished on a daily basis, which includes disinfecting all basins, and toilet bowls and sweeping and mopping floors Replenish all dispensers as needed while reporting any damaged or malfunctioning units to a manager or supervisor Remove trash as needed Cleaning such as vacuuming, mopping and waxing/buffing floors; dusting office furniture, vents, corridors, and staircases Setting up tables and chairs for functions Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities Perform other work related duties as assigned Experience & Educational Background: 5 years of housekeeping experience is required Valid government ID Skills & Competencies: Knowledge of various cleaning methods, materials, chemicals, and equipment Must have knowledge of floor and carpet care and equipment such as: refinishing, scrubbing, hi-speed burnishing, polishing, shampooing, and extraction Must speak Spanish, and English Must pass physical exam, and basic background check prior and have COVID Vaccination.
