Job Description Our property maintenance company is looking to hire for multiple positions to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. Responsibilities Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping and overall upkeep of building cleanliness. Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, floor repair & upkeep etc. Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues Install appliances and equipment Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash, weed-wacking, etc. Conduct maintenance tasks in buildings Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues Requirements Driver's License (Preferred) Bilingual (Spanish, English - Preferred) Basic knowledge of building repairs such as sheetrock, basic plumbing, wiring of light fixtures/electrical basics, painting/carpentry, landscaping, etc. Experience using hand and power tools Very good communication and interpersonal skills Physical stamina Reliable and detail-oriented * Full-time & part-time positions available.
