Serenitee Restaurant Group is a well established and growing company. We have 10 restaurants in the North Shore Area and we are looking for an experienced and responsible person to provide maintenance, repair, and improvements to company owned restaurants and grounds. JOB PURPOSE: Maintenance of facility, grounds and equipment, cleanliness and eye appeal of restaurants ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with the head of the department toward daily goals and objectives Responsibilities range from assisting with repairs and maintenance as needed to daily patrols of the exterior for litter to painting (skill required) to troubleshooting issues. Responds to requests for repairs as directed by supervisor Solid references are required Stable work history in this field is necessary. Handles and/or assists with trash removal, snow removal, minor landscaping, interior repairs and maintenance Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct Assists in keeping the interior and exterior clean and well maintained High School Diploma or equivalent required Must demonstrate neat appearance, good personal hygiene, dependability and willingness to work until the job is done Ability to work effectively with others and in a self-directed manner Job Type: 30+ hours per week Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 an hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Discount at all Serenitee Restaurants Paid Sick Time Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends Overtime
