FULL TIME Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a FULL-TIME Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will work Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM till 4:30 PM. You will be required to work every other weekend. You must live within commuting distance from Stoneham, MA 02180. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Responsibilities: • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion • Estimate time and extent of repairs • Perform routine preventive maintenance • Maintain material and supply inventory • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary • Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards • Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs/ diagnostic of electrical issues • Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary • Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure the functionality • Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed • Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows, etc.) • Undertake activities of light pest control • Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, etc.) Qualifications: • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment • Ability to handle physical workload • Deadline and detail-oriented • Prior documented experience required • Will process a CORI background check A family-owned business over 46 years is now under a new leadership team.
