We will help you develop business skills and determine the viability of your idea and what it will take to be a successful entrepreneur. SCCF is a regional organization that serves the entire Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, including: Independent Cities of Buena Vista, Harrisonburg, Lexington, Staunton, Waynesboro, Winchester; and the counties of Augusta, Bath, Clarke, Frederick, Highland, Page, Rockbridge, Rockingham, Shenandoah, and Warren.
