Custom yacht woodworking company is looking to add experienced woodworkers and project lead to our team. Our shop is based out of West Palm Beach, Florida where we service the mega yacht industry around the Palm Beaches. We need additional woodworkers that are experienced in all phases of cabinet, furniture, and custom wood fabrication. Seeking experiences furniture and cabinet builders. Must have 6 years minimum experience in cabinet construction and/or furniture fabrication. MUST have own bench tools and a reliable vehicle. Only clean cut, honest, energetic, focused individuals, looking for long term employment need apply. Must have a positive attitude. Must work well with others and have lead man capabilities. Must be capable of handling challenging woodworking designs while working on high end yachts. Hull building or boat building skills not necessary. Skills should include solid wood construction as well as veneer experience to produce high end millwork, furniture, and casework. Experience using a CNC a plus. As project lead, you would be overseeing a team of 4-5 woodworkers where you would be tasked with setting their daily schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time and assist where needed in writing bids. Applicants must be detail orientated, punctual, and able to follow through with daily paperwork. We have two shops located in West Palm Beach. Base pay is $23 to $30 per hour depending on experience but would possibly negotiate for the right person. Benefits include paid holidays, 401k matching, health insurance, and bonuses.
