Seeking capable maintenance men/women to join a budding real estate business. We are primarily seeking someone who is extremely reliable and can think outside the box to accomplish tasks with minimal to no supervision/guidance. If you are someone who doesn't show up when you say you're going to, or is even remotely lazy this is not the job for you. For the right person this is a long-term opportunity that has the potential to be very rewarding. Basic Qualifications: - HS Diploma/GED - 3+ years experience in a skilled trade, military, or in an entrepreneurial role - pass background/drug screen (meth, opiates, etc.) - reliable transportation - valid DL - can lift in excess of 50 lbs - Good attitude - Have your own basic set of tools - Excellent communication skills (text, email, calls with tenants or other contractors, etc.) - Experience in the following: - rental property maint. (plumbing, basic electric/HVAC) - painting - drywall repair/replace Preferred Skills/Qualifications: - Military experience (honorably discharged), infantry NCOs highly preferred, or NCOs with personnel management experience. - Project management experience - Experience in HVAC / Electrical / Plumbing: capable of panel build outs, HVAC system replacements & Water Heater installs - Independent contractor with insurance This is a part-time position with an estimated weekly hourly demand of 10-20 hours. The ideal candidate will have a full-time job and will be working on nights/weekends for us.
