We will network, have a short open floor Q&A, discuss the latest trends in the Texas markets, and end with additional networking. Houston Multifamily Association [HMA] is a group created to enhance networking amongst real estate investors and share real-life experiences about Multifamily and Apartment Investing. All members are welcomed from accomplished syndicators with large multifamily portfolios to those who are finding ways to close on their first deal or even passive investors looking to place capital in quality real estate investments. HMA is open to all looking to network and learn from others regarding Multifamily Apartment Investing. The goal of creating this space is to add value to others, as a result, we do not advertise or solicit investment opportunities, and we do not solicit investors. The central purpose is to establish pre-existing relationships with all of our members/investors and confirm that investors are either sophisticated or accredited before they would be approved for any investment opportunities.
