ADVICS is HIRING Production Operators! $1000 Retention Bonus! Open Interviews Saturday, August 28th 10am-2pm We currently have a need for full-time Production Operators on the following shifts: 5a-1:30p shift and 5p-1:30a shift Heavy overtime is possible, which includes a weekend rotation. Chances are you have recently been in a vehicle that contains our products! ADVICS Manufacturing Ohio, Inc., located in Lebanon, Ohio (just North of Kings Island), produces the highest quality and most competitive brakes in the world. We manufacture disc brakes, electronic stability control units and electronic parking brakes for most of the world’s major auto makers. We are expanding again and need excellent team members like you to help us continue our history of steady growth that we have come to know and expect from our stable and solid company! Starting wage is $18.50 an hour with the ability for significant increases within the first 15 months and then the possibility for increases semi-annually after 15 months. New team members are eligible for a $1000 retention bonus that is paid out in two increments: $500 at 3-month anniversary, and $500 at 6-month anniversary.
