Soothe your system with sounds + songs by Celeste Sound Alchemy at Respiro Wellness Classroom in Ravenswood, Chicago <3 Please join Brittany Loewen of Celeste Sound Alchemy for a special in-person sound bath at Respiro Wellness Classroom in Ravenswood on Friday, August 20th, at 6:30 pm. The Full Moon is a powerful time to cast spells and shine a light into ourselves, allowing new awareness to spark our personal and collective transformation. The joining of the cooperative Aquarius Moon and the individualistic Leo Sun invites us to appreciate teamwork as well as individuality. When we tune in with healing sound vibrations in this sacred container as a community, we can become more in tune with ourselves and how our systems respond to and influence the vibrational nature of our surroundings and all things through sound and light. This healing sound offering will include guided meditation and soothing sounds and songs, channeled with intention to hold space for meaningful emotional experiences, restored system balance, and a deep sense of love and support from our primal connection to the frequencies of the Earth and each other. Brittany will use the frequencies of her classically trained voice, along with crystal singing bowls, gong, Shruti box, and other healing sound instruments, to transmit this unique sound bath. There will be a few yoga mats available, but please bring your own blankets, bolsters, crystals, eye pillows, and any other items that will help you to create your relaxing meditation nest.
