Come collaborate with your neighbors and make some art! RCL Neighbors is a program for Rusk County Youth to build community and friendships while spending time at the library! Join us this week as we collaborate on art pieces that each child will paint. During this proccess, students will paint for a specified amount of time and then switch with their neighbor. Target Age: 9+ All attending children (under 13) must have a parent or gaurdian 18+ in the library at all times during storytime in order to keep our littlest patrons safe.
