Kick off our new after-school program & join your neighbors in an afternoon of board games and fun! RCL Neighbors is a program for Rusk County Youth to build community and friendships while spending time at the library! Join us this week as we play board games, get to know one another, and have a good time. Target Age: 9+ All attending children (under 13) must have a parent or gaurdian 18+ in the library at all times during storytime in order to keep our littlest patrons safe.
