Spirit Animals are incorporeal beings that come as teachers, messangers & guides to help us on our earth walk. Native Americans, Celtic Shamans and others work with Spirit animals for guidance, protection, to find healing cures etc. Shamans believe we all have Animals that help guide, teach, & protect us. Some walk with us throughout our lives, others enter as teachers and leave. In this class you will learn about them, how to connect with yours, tap into their unique medicine (attributes) and be guided by Certified Hypnotherapist & healer Donna Shaw on a guided meditative journey to connect with your special animals. Students receive a class study guide. I am a Certified Hypnotherapist, Certified Past Life/Age Regressionist (facilitator) Certified Crystal Healer, Usui & Kundalini Reiki Master/Teacher.I am a graduate and member of the National Guild of Hypnotists, as a member of the Guild I practice within their code of ethics, ensuring a safe, professional, caring and confidential space for my clients. I founded Inner Mirror Healing Arts in 2012 and have been teaching self-hypnosis, meditation, Reiki and other spiritual/metaphysical classes at my office, Maine adult education centers and other healing studios ever since. I love teaching and I truly believe I learn as much from you as I teach, after all we are all students & all teachers in this big world!  When not working... I enjoy riding "Raven"(our Harley) with my husband, spending time with our grown children, our ever growing grandchildren & friends.Things I Love; our pets, a good cup of coffee, meditation, reading, teaching, herbs, Angels, Native American/Celtic Culture, tarot, working with crystals, all things spiritual and learning more about the metaphysical side of this universe we call home and of course playing in the dirt.
