Part Time Maintenance & Groundskeeping

We are looking for someone to tend to basic routine grounds maintenance to contribute to a safe and inviting environment for a small law office. To start, we are looking for someone to work for 4 hours per week. Position Description: •Perform occasional lawn care functions such as mowing, pruning, trimming, and weed control. •Maintain grounds, including occasional window washing, gutter cleaning, raking, and general cleanup. •Perform basic tree and shrub care such as pruning. •Perform other general labor projects as assigned, including moving furniture and file boxes. •Perform small office-related construction projects, such as reinforcing shelves and repairing existing structures. •Perform snow and ice removal when necessary. *Must be comfortable occasionally climbing on top of ladders. *Must have some knowledge of tools and basic carpentry. *Must be able to lift 50lbs.
