Equipment Doctors is an established diesel engine repair shop that provides a wide range of automotive repair services. We are looking for a Diesel Mechanic that has the skills and experience to diagnose and repair trucks and trailers. Job Summary: • Responsible for repairs and required preventive maintenance of semi-trucks and trailers • Determine equipment condition by conducting inspections • Perform system repairs to include tires, suspension, electrical. • Perform routine maintenance • Regular attendance is required • Mon-Fri 8am-7pm, Sat 8am-3pm • Full Health Benefits Package • 401(k) with Company Match • Paid Vacations and Holidays Qualifications: • 18 + years of age • Experience as a diesel mechanic/service technician • Must possess the strength required to work with heavy equipment • Physical activities include: walking, lifting, twisting, turning, climbing a ladder, etc. • High school diploma or equivalent • Certificate from tech school a plus • Must have a strong work ethic and good problem solving skills • Should be self-starting and organized • Ability to identify, report, and execute on recurring problem • Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team setting
