Handyman for retail stores: Are you familiar with any of these items and willing to learn others? -- Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, doors, cabinets. -- Commercial ceilings and flooring. -- General carpentry. -- Light plumbing and electrical. -- Aluminum Commercial Door repair and adjustments. -- Some On Call /Evening/Weekend hours are required. -- Ability to clearly communicate in spoken and written form. -- Maintain a professional courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors and fellow employees. -- Follow company policies. -- Ability to lift, push and or pull 75+ pounds occasionally. -- Valid Texas Driver's license with a good driving record (No DWI's within the past 6 years) -- Must have dependable vehicle. -- Excellent troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn. -- Job type: full time, no 1099s -- Clean criminal background (no felonies within the past 7 years).
