HOUSTON: My dog SAMO broke out of a gate on Aug. 16 on Oakdale Street (between Museum District and Third Ward) #HarrisCounty He is about 40 pounds, kinda looks like a lab mix, has a black spot on his tongue, is very friendly and hopefully wearing a camo collar.
