Price Reality is currently hiring for a full-time Make Ready Position at Creekstone Apartments located at 10440 Deerwood Rd. Houston, Texas 77042. Summary: Under the supervision and direction of the Lead Maintenance, Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, this position is responsible for ensuring the overall physical aspects of the community meet the established standards for safety, appearance, but not limited to, the interior and exterior of the building, plus all other areas related to the day-to-day function of the building and activity of the residence. Help us keep our property running smoothly. They enjoy working indoors and outdoors, they like to work hard while having fun, must be able to adapt to unplanned events, while remaining resourceful and efficient. Must enjoy working with people and have a passion for customer service! -Position is responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance in vacant apartments to ensure market ready status for move in, as well as maintaining curb appeal and comply with company standards. -Must always personally own all hand tools and hand-carried power tools necessary for property maintenance and keep them available and in good working order. -Minimum 2 years’ interior rehab experience required. Education: High School diploma, GED or related experience and/or training. Experience in the Property Management industry and HVAC certification are both required. On-call is required.
