Founding member of the Foghorn Stringband, Caleb Klauder and Reeb Willms bring their Country Band to Montana with Mike Bub on bass Caleb Klauder and Reeb Willms are known to roots music fans across the globe for their soulful harmonies, driving dance tunes, classic original songs and commitment to the raw truth of rural American music. Along with their ace band Joel Savoy (fiddle) Mike Bub (bass), Russ Blake (steel guitar), Ned Folkerth (drums), Caleb and Reeb perform original songs and delve into classic country and bluegrass gems that are often overlooked.  This is a special duet backed by a honky tonk band that is subtle, powerful, and compelling.  Their no bells and whistles approach is vocally focused with beautifully strong lead singing and duet harmonies. Their band is grounded by a rock-solid rhythm section, and elevated by Joel, Rusty and Caleb’s lyrical melodic instrumental styles. Hailing from the Pacific NW they bring to you some of the finest, pure, and emotional country music that America has to offer today. Caleb Klauder & Reeb Willm Website Mike Bub who spent thirteen years playing bass as a member of the Del McCoury Band, winning multiple awards including a Grammy in 2005. Since exiting the McCoury group Bub has worked with Dale Ann Bradley, Shawn Camp, Vince Gill, Ashley Monroe, the Peter Rowan & Tony Rice Quartet, and Chris Scruggs. Ford Theater will be joining in on bass tonight. The Venue: Established in 1891, the Philipsburg Theatre is currently the oldest operating theater in the state of Montana. Over the years, the Philipsburg Theatre has changed hands and a variety of businesses have occupied parts of the building, including a soda pop bottling company, The Philipsburg Commercial Club, a bank, and Carmichael's Livery Stable. In the early 1980s, recognized pianist Andrew Crow acquired the property and saved it from demolition, later selling it to Tim Dringle, who along with his wife Claudette who ran the Philipsburg Opera House in the building for 25 years. Current owners, Michael & Barbara McDowell are committed to maintaining a variety of programming at the theater. Historic Philipsburg Theater Ruby Jewel Productions has been bringing bluegrass shows to Montana since 2010. The Ruby Jewel Jamboree concert series ran from 2010-2015 in Missoula at Ruby’s Inn.  Phyllis Erck, the founder, now lives in Anaconda, Montana and continues this labor of love. Our goal is to bring national/internationally acclaimed and up and coming bluegrass and American artists to Montana with family-friendly entertainment.
