Come join us for meditation and also for Japanese Tea Ceremony. Come join us for meditation and also for Japanese Tea Ceremony. We will start with 10-15 minutes of guided meditation practice. Then we will drink Natural Agriculture matcha green tea. Natural Agriculture tea has been grown in Japan on pure soil, free of any additives. There will also be healthy Japanese sweets served at the end of the meditation. All are welcome!
