GENERAL: • Under close supervision, handles routine tasks such as custodial, errands, and entry-level functions in maintenance of the facilities. Tasks are repetitive and guidance is readily available. EQUIPMENT AND ENVIRONMENTAL: • Hand and power tools, ladder, fork lift and many other tools on an as needed basis. • Working both outdoors and indoors. • Walking, climbing, lifting, squatting and/or bending at the waist throughout the shift. • Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds. SKILL LEVEL/EXPERIENCE: • Basic reading, writing and math ability. • High school education or equivalent experience preferred, but not required. • Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
