Helping to create a great living experience for our residents. Responsibilities: Monitor property for any repairs or replacements that may arise Completing work requests for common areas and apartment units Preventative Maintenance on property Assess and repair issues with appliances as needed Assist in getting vacant units ready for turnover Occasional On-Call Situations Create and maintain a safe work environment Qualifications: 1 - 2 years previous experience in maintenance preferred  Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting HVAC and EPA experience preferred CPO certification preferred Valid drivers' license and insurance required About Us: Dominium manages more than 30,000 apartments in 19 states with a staff of more than 1,200 employees. As long-term owners, we have been committed to providing housing solutions for more than four decades.
