The Links at Forest Creek is a 220 unit four-plex 2 bedroom community with spacious floorplans and an excellent onsite team. You Have: A High School Diploma or equivalent Five years' experience in the maintenance field, two years' experience as Lead Maintenance Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with residents, management, and vendors. Ability to read, write and communicate in English Appliance, Electrical, HVAC, Painting and Plumbing experience Pools and Spa experience HVAC Certification required Background and pre-employment drug screening are required.
