Meet us at the Black Hat Brewery on Saturday October 9th at 10:30 for a hour long group HIIT workout with one of our coaches ! We will be meeting Saturday October 9th at 10:30 for a hour long group HIIT session at the Black Hat Brewery followed by a complimentary beer that has been brewed right on premise! Our coaches will utilize stations to ensure that everyone gets the best workout they can while keeping the event fun and upbeat! After the workout everyone is encouraged to check out the brewery and food trucks that will be parked outside.
