Femme Jazz Funk is a supportive yet challenging way to fall in love with dance again! Class is packed with an warm-up curated to prevent injury, jazz technique training with a spicy flare, self-love affirmations and a proper cool down session. This class is designed to provide you with an easeful transition back into dance by incorporating a self-love practices. I've provided mental skills and dance training to gymnasts, dancers, cheerleaders and coaches throughout the country. Currently,I provide services for women who want to begin their self-love journey.
