This class will be held over a two-day period. Lunch will be provided to attendees. This critical thinking skills class will be unlike any class you’ve taken before. Here you will learn concepts from a business leader who has applied his concepts to the real world and gotten rid of the theoretical fluff. Barry will teach you problem-solving skills that will help you find solutions that fit the facts before you go to the expense of trying to fix the issue. You will also learn how to manage outside influences and real-world situations to make decisions that work for you and your organization. Barry will teach attendees how to optimize their planning so they can capitalize on opportunities and minimize poor outcomes by recognizing them before they become costly problems.
