Yoga class, essential oils and self care for teens and their caregivers Join us for this unique event created especially for teenage girls and their mothers or primary caregivers. Class is designed to allow open exploration of stretching and relaxation techniques regardless of yoga experience. Essential oils will be used to enhance the environment. Come together as a community and learn how to take better care of your body and mind in these ever changing times. Light refreshments and energized henna provided. Participants will leave rejuvenated, ready to conquer the new school year, along with a goody bag to keep the process going at home.
