Thank you to our friendly neighborhood U.S. House Appropriations Chairwoman Rosa DeLauro! Keating has been a huge success for Middletown, with new businesses opening regularly (three in just the past few months) and every finished space fully leased out. This federal support will allow us to build out at least six more spaces for local businesses to start up and expand (with five tenants already interested in the future spaces).
