Our phenomenal speaker, Teddi Barber will be speaking on "Power" What It Really Means To Harness Your Drive And Channel It Strategically. During this two-hour event you can expect to be inspired, uplifted and leave with useable tools to harness your drive and channel it strategically. Bio Over the course of the past decade, Teddi Barber, Vice President of Stonehill, has become synonymous with driving business excellence through her expertise in financial performance analysis, industry evaluation, strategic planning/modeling and organizational development. A highly proficient strategist, Teddi is a true catalyst for business disruption and igniting innovative change. Prior to joining Stonehill, Teddi served as part of the corporate management team for Shriners Hospitals for Children®, where she managed the Organization’s largest Division at its International Headquarters. For more than seven years, her sphere of influence spanned corporate financial management (invested capital and operational cash flow), leadership of large-scaled programs directed at value generation and financial risk reduction, contracting/ negotiations and identifying cross-synergistic opportunities for high return yields. Preceding her position in healthcare, Teddi held Management roles in a Real Estate and Civil Litigation Law Practice as well as a Food-Service Design and Consulting Firm; from which she garnered a unique skill portfolio transferable across varying industries. Teddi holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance and Economics and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of South Florida and is pursuing her Fellowship with the American College of Health Care Executives (ACHE). Passionate about change management, Teddi is a noted speaker on strategic vision, cultural change and business agility. As equally weighted as her passion for business, Teddi is committed to investing her time and energy in serving philanthropic Organizations in the Tampa Bay community and mentoring young professionals as they embark on their career journey.
