Responsible for warehouse staff supervision, inventory control, shipping and receiving, product assembly, order processing and customer service. Member of management leadership team. Contribute to the company’s overall strategies of growth, development and frontline support. Exercise positive leadership and judgment consistent with established policy.
SKILLS AND TRAINING
1. Two to five years of warehouse, inventory control or related management experience.
2. One to three years of customer service, production scheduling or supervision experience.
3. Hands-on proficiency with computerized warehouse and inventory management systems.
4. Intermediate or better PC skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

1. Product picking, packing, shipping and receiving.
2. Order processing and invoicing.
3. Customer service (wholesale accounts).
4. Product assembly.
5. Inventory control.
6. Warehouse staff supervision.
