From newborn to adult, we know how to get you moving and breaking a sweat all while having fun and engaging with your loved ones! SBLB Fitness brings you an outdoor workout class full of family fun! We all understand the challenges of balancing fitness and parenting, which is where FitKidz come in! Workouts suitable for ALL ages (even newborns! Bring your strollers mom/dad) and ALL levels of activity. Parents are welcome to join the workout or cheer their child(ren) on from the sidelines! *Socially distanced event. Masks required. *BYOWE (Bring your own workout equipment) Strongly recommended but not required. Battle ropes, weights, a medicine ball etc. will be available for use. Good vibes. Good energy.
