Press release from the Town of Kensington: August 17, 2021 The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) is proposing to reconstruct the existing sidewalk along Summit Avenue from Prospect Street to Knowles Avenue. The proposed new sidewalk will be six-feet-wide with a variable of 0 to 3-foot wide greenspace buffer bewteen the sidewalk and roadway.
