Starting @ $30 per hour West Coast Property Maintenance Company () provides general maintenance, handyman, apartment turnover for property owners and property managers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. We have immediate openings for highly-motivated and qualified team members who are capable of performing a variety of maintenance and/or construction-related tasks. Qualifications: - Experience in residential maintenance or related field is preferred but not required - Valid California Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance coverage required - Must have a truck/car able to transport equipment and supplies to worksites - Working knowledge of safe use of hand tools and maintenance procedures required - Must have own tools in safe and working order - Must be physically able to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs - Must be able to document work done and complete work orders - Must work well independently and with other team members - Must be personable and trustworthy, and be able to communicate and interact with residents and property owners - Punctuality required. Hours are generally 8am-5pm, M-F, with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
