Apartment Maintenance Technician - Needed!!

We are currently hiring a Several FULL-TIME Maintenance Technician! We require 1 year of maintenance experience. Must be able to participate in the on-call schedule. Work Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday. Compensation will be based on experience + monthly bonuses and we offer benefits!!! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Diagnose and perform minor routine maintenance/repair involving some of the following on a daily basis; Unit Turns, Plumbing (including sewer lines), Painting, A/C and heating systems, Appliances, Water irrigation systems, Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, Tile, carpet, flooring, roofing, gutters, fasteners and Interior/exterior lights. QUALIFICATIONS AND DESIRED SKILL SET: Must have 1 year of maintenance experience Must have great customer service skills Must have a positive attitude Must be willing to participate as a team member Must have a consistent work history and verifiable references Must be able to pass a background search and drug screen Must have a valid driver's license Only candidates currently residing in the area will be considered at this time.
