Join Jeannie Gerth as she explores Jun Tea (Kombucha with green tea & honey) and provides demonstrations on how to make it yourself! Join us on September 11th during the Honey Festival for the next workshop in our Home Farm Foodways series. We will be offering two sessions at 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. In these sessions, Jeannie Gerth, will explore Jun Tea and offer demonstrations on how to make this delicious drink. This workshop will also feature tastings and a starter kit for participants to take home! Please register for one of the two sessions (11:00 am or 1:00 pm) at the link below. This workshop will take place at Wyck (6026 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19144). Each session will gather in the education building next to the Walnut Lane entrance.
