Bühler is opening the doors of our Food Application Center and extrusion facility in Plymouth, MN on October 19th & 20th. Join us for a tour and demonstration of the Bühler Food Application Center (FAC) and experience your food playground firsthand. Over two days, we’ll demonstrate the capabilities of the FAC for processing products like lentils, beans, peas, and chickpeas. You’ll be able to see the entire process from raw material, through milling to flour, all the way through the extrusion process. Whether producing ingredients or final products like plant-based proteins and meat analogues, the FAC will allow you to explore the value-adding possibilities of a fully functioning production line.
