We are looking for a PART TIME maintenance man to help around a Mobile Home Park of about 215 residents. Job duties would include but not limited to:
Cutting Main Grass areas, unoccupied lots, and RV grass area.
Read Water Meters monthly and Replace Water Meters as needed
Clean out an empty home as needed.
Light Maintenance work around the park.
Pick up Brush around park.
Work truck will be provided by the company.
We are looking at about 15-20 hours a week, depending on the work load. Looking to pay Salary of $1,000.00 a month. Pay can be discussed at interview. Location is in Oak Creek, WI.
Some knowledge of plumbing and electric would be great.
