Do you have military kids in your school? AWESOME! Learn how to serve our littlest warriors even better! Does your school district have at least 3,000 students enrolled, or have at least 20 children of military families? If so, then Arkansas law requires your district to appoint a staff member to serve as its District Military Education Coordinator (DMEC). This training fulfills the statutory requirement for DMECs to have specialized knowledge of the needs of military-connected students and access to resources to help military families.
