Field Techs at Evergreen form an elite team in the home maintenance industry, working just as well together as alone. They are self-managers who thrive on personal and professional growth, learning to see the big picture for both company and customer, and doing their work safely with both excellence and efficiency. As they achieve these things, they are compensated accordingly. Our services include: Window Cleaning Roof Care and Maintenance Moss Removal Gutter Cleaning Pressure Washing, and Soft Washing. Job Details and Benefits: $30-50 an hour after training 80/20 Insurance split for Vision, Dental and Medical (We pay the 80!)
