Living Earth Landscapes is currently seeking a full-time, permanent Landscape Maintenance Foreperson. LEL does not offer a lawn mowing service but serves a long-standing maintenance clientele with pruning, plant installation and maintenance services. Experience in Horticulture, Plant identification and pruning is required. We are looking for a hardworking, detail oriented and reliable individual. This position requires past experience as a foreperson in charge of quality residential landscapes. Living Earth Landscapes is an established and successful landscaping company with an environmentally friendly focus. Our priorities are a positive work environment, high quality projects and excellent customer service. We offer design, installation and garden maintenance. We provide our residential clientele with pruning, plant installation, mulching, irrigation system and low-voltage lighting maintenance and repair and other maintenance services. We have won numerous awards in the landscaping industry and attribute our success to our commitment to teamwork and the passion and talent of our employees. This is a full time, year round position. We offer excellent benefits, vacation and paid time off. The starting pay for the Landscape Maintenance Foreperson position is $25-$28/hour depending on experience. We also give generous bonuses at the end of the year and would be interested in profit sharing with career minded employees. We reimburse our employees for education and training, and we encourage advancement within the company. During Spring, Summer and Fall we work four 10-hour days with three-day weekends. The Maintenance Foreperson duties include, but are not limited to: • Communication with Clients • Employee supervision and training • Plant identification and cultivation • Pruning (multiple techniques) • Soil preparation and mulching • Planting and transplanting • Irrigation adjustment & repair • Some use of power tools • General lifting, at least 50lbs • Water feature maintenance WSDL is required.
