National Precision Bearing Warehouse Associate FULL-TIME $20/hr, plus $1000 new hire bonus 8152 304th Ave SE, Issaquah, WA 98027 We are looking for a person to join our Warehouse team. We offer you: Hourly rate $17- $20 $1000 Sign-on bonus Excellent Medical, Dental & Vision coverage Flexible Spending Accounts for Health and Dependent Care 401(k) / 401(K) matching Employee Assistance Program Paid time off Holiday pay Essential Functions: - Perform daily system-generated cycle count as well as to conduct a physical count and record results using a handheld RF device. - Pick customer orders quickly, efficiently, and accurately. - Hand stack, sort and palletize product and verify quantity received against physical quantity when moving to stock. - Use powered equipment (stand-up forklift/picker) or manual pallet jack to safely pull and move items within the warehouse. - Follow all AS9100, AS9120, and ISO9001 standards as well as all relevant WISHA and OSHA standards. Physical Demands: Must be able to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift or move up to 70 pounds and rarely lift or move up to 100 pounds. Frequently required to talk; hear; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms and occasionally required to sit; climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, at times can be high. Required Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED and one year of related experience.
