We are a 15 year old Boat detailing (wash downs & buff/wax) company with immediate openings in Ft. Lauderdale and surrounding areas. **ONLY OPEN TO THOSE LIVING IN BROWARD OR PALM BEACH COUNTIES** 1) PART-TIME & FULL TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE - TRAINEE'S & EXPERIENCED DETAILERS - These are permanent, long term positions, offering all year round employment. Not seasonal. - Open to individual's with some commercial or residential cleaning, car wash or boat detailing experience. - Full time hours (Monday to Friday) are a minimum of 37.5 hours per week, subject to the demands of the business. 2) GREAT WAGES - After training our detailer's average $562.50 to $750.00 per week and are paid weekly each Monday. Example of hourly rates for Trainees with no experience: $12.00 - Generally takes between 1 and 3 months depending on aptitude. $15.00 - After initial training. $15 to $18.00 - Min. 1 year experience. $18 to $20.00 - 1+ years experience. **SIGN ON BONUS** $250.00 SUBJECT TO SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF TRAINING & 3-MONTH PROBATION 3) GREAT SCHEDULE - Monday to Friday (Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.). - Some weekends to cover boat show attendance and for those who want to work extended hours. 4) FANTASTIC WORK ENVIRONMENT - working with other professional detailer's in beautiful outside surroundings & on the water! 5) EXPERIENCE PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED - Paid training to COMMITTED candidates that are dependable, fast learners and hard working. - Those with some commercial cleaning, car wash/detailing and/or boat detailing experience is preferred, but not required. However, a good work ethic and the right attitude is a pre-requisite. 6) BASIC REQUIREMENTS Individual(s) need: - U.S. Citizenship or E.A.D./work permit _ Own vehicle or come together with a friend who has a vehicle.
