Job Description: You will be an integral part of the farming operation from seed and clone through harvest and curing. This is a full-time position. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about pursuing a career in cannabis in general. Cannabis experience is not required but preferred. Our ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and, is a detail-oriented team player with the ability to handle the stressful situations. Job Duties: Farm setup Planting Irrigation and Irrigation repair, Pruning, Trellising, Harvesting, IPM scouting, Weeding, Harvesting, General maintenance, Light Construction, Spraying, Qualifications: 1-3 years of farming experience, Conversational Spanish a plus, Critical thinking and problem solving skills. Must be able to work well alone and in a team setting Physically and mentally fit, farming can be a marathon and a sprint. Computer savvy skills including Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Excel, and compliance software (familiar with Metrc) Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lb. Ability to work a flexible schedule
