Flag Football (Middle School) at Rock Lake Middle School After School Flag football at Rock Lake Middle School. Each class is one hour long. Skills and concepts are taught and demonstrated each class. Practices are Mondays right after school Sept. 13- October 11, 4-5pm. Your child will start learning flag football skills beginning with the basicsIn person training provided by one of our experienced coachesAccess to our web app provides visuals, lessons, and tests. Subscription lasts for the whole session.Kids will get to play flag football while learning and developing as a player.
