For going on three weeks now and no cleanup of urine soaked hallway carpets. 1 verbal and 1 written message to the management (Lynne)(she is never here) about four LARGE puddles of piss next to elevator across from E50. The manager of the maintenance department quit leaving one man for 230 units and no permanent housekeeping. Do not send your loved one here. Do not rent here (half painted walls, ripped hallway carpets, URINE SOAKED CARPETS. Stay away from the Vintage at Everett. Vintage rakes in over a quarter of a million dollars in rents each month yet they won't repair this dump. There are children living here along with teens. Stay away folks! There is no security here. No mask wearing mandate signs. Not a safe place.
