Description
CONCORD, NH — The U.S. Marshals-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task is asking for the public's help finding a Lakes Region man who was accused of failure to appear in superior court on a sexual assault charge.
R'Jaye Maurice Ladd is 21, about 6 feet, 2 inches tall, and weighs around 215 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes. Ladd, according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal, has a number of tattoos including an alien on his left arm, a cross on his left wrist, "SRD 19" on his left hand, "603" on his right front arm, "I love" on his right knee, and other tattoos on his left front arm and left shoulder.
A warrant was issued against Ladd on Aug. 5 out of Belknap County.
"Ladd is wanted for failing to appear on a charge of sexual assault on a child under the age of 16 and over the age of 13," White said. "Ladd has a criminal history that includes simple assault, narcotics, and criminal threatening."
White said Ladd has known ties to the Belmont and Laconia areas of the state.
If you know where Ladd is or see someone who looks like him, contact the police or the task force at 603-225-1632.
