Press release from the Billings Parks and Recreation: August 6, 2021 The swimming season comes to a close with school starting. The last day to swim at both South and Rose Park pools is Saturday, August 21st. Our annual Dog Days of Summer at Rose pool takes place on Sunday the 22nd from 12-4pm. The cost per dog is $4. We plan to keep the spray grounds at South, Terry, Highlands, Castle Rock and North open through the Labor Day weekend. The spray grounds are open from 10am to 8pm.
