Painting Sub Contractors Needed

Our business is growing! We are looking for responsible and experienced painting contractors to help care for our customers as we continue to grow. Looking for long-term business relationships. Although we work across the area, our main focus is in Jeffco and the south and west metro area. Who are we looking for? Responsible Contractors who have: 1) Liability Insurance, Workers Comp, Vehicle Insurance etc. 2) At least 3 years in their respective fields 3) English speaking foreman. 4) References from other general contractors Workers Comp and Liability Insurance are REQUIRED We are looking for Subcontractors that can provide a standard rate card, not General Contractors trying to charge retail rates. Subcontractors who respond with the following will be considered: List the type of work you do with your own crews and how long you have done this type of work. Include a copy of your Insurance Cert showing Liability AND Workers Comp. References from at least three other general contractors. Subcontractors that can handle multiple job types encouraged to apply. I will respond as soon as possible to talk and possibly set up an interview with those who have submitted the necessary documentation requested.
