Rehoming 4 month old lab

Unfortunately, I have to rehome my 4 month old puppy due to my current living situations. He was born on april 28th, 2021. He is a black labrador. He has his shots up to date. All he needs is his last Parvo booster & Rabbies shot this upcoming month. He is really energetic, and loves to be outside. I genuinely believe he will do great in a home with a fenced backyard & someone who will take him on walks etc. He is great with people & other pets! He’ll come with a crate, bed, a few toys, a bowl, collar & leash, and food. I’m looking for a rehoming fee of $400 ( negotiable) just for the past expenses of supplies & vaccinations & to make sure that he is going to a good home.
