Responds to maintenance requests and performs any necessary repairs.
Assist with scheduling, monitoring, and/or performing preventative maintenance repairs and vacant apartment turnover.
Assist with inspection of vacant apartments to ensure that turnovers are completed in accordance with company guidelines.
Report any suspected lease violations to the Property Manager, such as illegal pets, fire, safety, sanitation issues, etc.
Participates in after hours on-call rotation schedule and performs necessary emergency repairs.
Inspects interior and exterior areas of the property to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Complies with all company policies and procedures, applicable health and safety rules and regulations.
Complete any additional or new tasks as assigned.
